Available after Full Assessment. A 45 minute session can be used to complete most of your session with a personal trainer and either warm up or cool down alone..
A 45 minute session could also be used to a complete, but shorter 30 session plus a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cooldown.
The first 5 minutes of every session is for checking in and overviewing the session’s activities.
Trainer West will train you based on your interests, habits, goals and assessment results.
