Ensuring you can complete your workouts safely either alone or with a Personal Trainer.

Essentials Only Program is For:
• People who strongly prefer to work out along, but want expert guidance
• People with a commitment to fitness that is stronger than their current budget
• People who are not experienced enough to maintain a consistent weekly schedule just yet
Essentials Only Program Includes:
• Personalized Training Schedule
• Personalized Movement and Weight Progression Roadmap
• Recommendations for which workouts should be done with a partner of trainer
• Enrollment in Essential Movement Skill Classes like Bracing Class and Hip Hinging Class

My First Pull Up Program Includes:
• Produce and absorb the forces necessary to complete the required movements
• Develop the muscles required to resist injury while performing required movements
• Build up the endurance necessary to complete the required movements
• Level 1 – Level 6 Pulling Movements (With Free Level Assessment)

My First Push Up Program Includes:
• Produce and absorb the forces necessary to complete the required movements
• Develop the muscles required to resist injury while performing required movements
• Build up the endurance necessary to complete the required movements
• Level 1 – Level 5 Pushing Movements (With Free Level Assessment)

Weight Lifting Level 1 Program Includes:
• Produce and absorb the forces necessary to complete the big 3 movements
• Develop the muscles required to resist injury while performing big 3 movements
• Build up the endurance necessary to complete the big 3 movements
• Level 1 Weightlifting Movements: Bench Press, Back Squat, Deadlift (With Free Level Assessment)

Level 1 CORE Program Includes:
• Produce and absorb the forces necessary to complete the required movements
• Develop the muscles required to resist injury while performing required movements
• Build up the endurance necessary to complete the required movements
• Level 1 – Level 6 CORE Movements (With Free Level Assessment)

Level 2 CORE Program Includes:
• Produce and absorb the forces necessary to complete the required movements
• Develop the muscles required to resist injury while performing required movements
• Build up the endurance necessary to complete the required movements
• Level 6 – Level 9 CORE Movements (With Free Level Assessment)

Basketball Body Level 1 Program Includes:
• Produce and absorb the forces necessary to complete 35 possessions per game , including stoppages
• Develop the muscles required to resist injury while performing required movements to complete 35 possessions per game, including stoppages
• Build up the endurance necessary to complete 35 possessions per game, including stoppages
• Referral to a Basketball Skills Coach after demonstrating commitment to everyday growth in performance, diet, rest and recovery
