The first 5 minutes of every session is for checking in and overviewing the session’s activities, followed by a 5 minute warm up, our interactive class and finally a 5 minute cooldown.

This Class is part of the Physical Essentials Cirriculum. The Physical Essentials Curriculum was created to ensure that trainees anywhere on any budget can learn the cornerstone skills necessary to support this fitness journey.
