Available after Hinge 201 completion. After learning how to use your chest brace, it’s time to learn how to brace your core to the max!
This 45 minute session will teach you how to do a technique that will quite literally save your lower back:
The Core Maximum Brace. We use this brace when we need to use all of our strength during a lower body squatting or hinging movement.
It can be used with a maximal lunging movement, but I think lunging requires a bit too much control to recommend maxing out on those.
The first 5 minutes of every session is for checking in and overviewing the session’s activities, followed by a 5 minute warm up, our interactive class and finally a 5 minute cooldown.
This Class is part of the Essentials Physical Cirriculum. The Essentials Physical Curriculum was created to ensure that trainees anywhere on any budget can learn the cornerstone skills necessary to support this fitness journey.
