The Breathing Brace. We use this brace when we need stability but do not need to use all of our strength. We use this brace to optimize a lot of muscle building and endurance movements.
The first 5 minutes of every session is for checking in and overviewing the session’s activities, followed by a 5 minute warm up, our interactive class and finally a 5 minute cooldown.
This Class is part of the Essentials Physical Cirriculum. The Essentials Physical Curriculum was created to ensure that trainees anywhere on any budget can learn the cornerstone skills necessary to support this fitness journey.
