The Progress Assessment 6 Pack is an excellent option for people who already have specialized or preferred personal training services that do not include personalized monthly Progress Assessments. A Progress Assessment 6 Pack is also great for calisthenics lovers and people who self train. Requires a Full Fitness Assessment on file. Please choose the Full Fitness Assessment if this is your first visit to trainerwest.com.
No Bolt Membership is required. The Progress Assessment is included in the 1 Month Invigorator, 6 Month Energizer and 12 Month Electrifier Bolt Membership plans.
