Behavioral Conduct

All verbal and written communication must be handled in a professional manner by both Trainer West and yourself.

Communication via social media are standard forms of communication and are encouraged as long as it is always professional.

Texting is a standard form of communication and is encouraged as long as it is always professional.

Any attempt to cheat, game or otherwise manipulate Trainer West services, offerings, games or contest is considered a severe violation of Trainer West Behavioral conduct.

Both Trainer West and you will display appropriate behavior at all times, refraining from discussion, behavior or actions that would be considered unprofessional, inappropriate (e.g. harassment) or uncomfortable.

Both Trainer West and you will be welcoming of other people and perspectives at all times, refraining from any forms of bullying, disrespect, or exclusion.

Both Trainer West and you will refrain from political and religious discourse at all times.

Both Trainer West and you are required to obtain consent before any physical touching, even if it is with an object, and even if it directly assists an exercise or a demonstration.

You are encouraged and expected to provide Trainer West with feedback before, during and after sessions.

If a problem arises, or you have questions or concerns
about anything, you will directly communicate these to Trainer West first

Community Session Access

All Trainer West community session events are open access – free for all.

Trainer West reserves the right to refuse services at any time for any violation of the Trainer West Conduct Policy.

Community Session Conduct

You must access your community session by signing up and confirming your attendance via email.

Complete all purchases during event set up and during scheduled break times.

Out of fairness to everyone, no preferential treatment regarding community class access will be given to you at any time

You must adhere to all behavioral conduct policies and procedures as outlined here.

Community Class Access

All Trainer West community class events are generally open access – free for all.

Attendance does require sign up and completion of your Pre Activity Check In.

Trainer West reserves the right to refer individuals to get physician’s approval to join a class at his discernment.

Trainer West reserves the right to refuse access to services at any time for any violation of the Trainer West Conduct Policy.

Community Class Conduct

Personal Training Access

All Trainer West personal training sessions are generally closed access – individualized toward one to four qualifying trainees at a regularly scheduled time.

Attendance does require verbal completion of Pre Activity Check In. Trainer West reserves the right to refer you to get physician’s approval before joining a session at his discernment.

If you cannot obtain physicians approval before scheduled start time, this will not count as a lateness or a cancellation.

Your health and safety comes first!

Trainer West reserves the right to refuse access to services at any time for any violation of the Trainer West Conduct Policy.

Personal Training Conduct

You must access your personal training by responding to your confirmation text before your scheduled start time or no later than 14 minutes after.

Complete all purchases during before or after your session.

Out of fairness to everyone, no preferential treatment regarding personal training access will be given to you at any time

You must adhere to all behavioral conduct policies and procedures as outlined here.

Personal Training Rescheduling & Cancellation

You must notify Trainer West, not a 3rd party, 24 hours prior to a session if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

If a 3rd party, not Trainer West, is notified within the allotted 24 hours, the session will be considered a “completed session”.

A “completed session” means the session is treated as if the service has been rendered, and you pay for this session.

As above, Trainer West will notify you 24 hours prior to a session if I wish to cancel or reschedule.

Trainer West is required to wait 15 minutes for you.
After 15 minutes, the session is considered a “completed session”.

Sessions starting late due to your late arrival will still be completed within the one hour from the originally scheduled start time.
(For example, if you are 15 minutes late, 15
of a 60-minute session has already been completed)

Community Session Rescheduling & Cancellation

Trainer West will update the event page 12 hours prior to a community session if I wish to cancel or reschedule.

All community sessions begin on time.
After 15 minutes, Trainer West reserves the right to offer a spot during the next session and refuse entry.

All community sessions end on time.
(For example, if you are 15 minutes late to a 2 hour session, 15 minutes of the 120-minute session has already been completed)

Community Class Rescheduling & Cancellation

Trainer West will update the event page 12 hours prior to a community class if I wish to cancel or reschedule.

All community classes begin on time.
After 15 minutes, Trainer West reserves the right to offer a spot during the next session and refuse entry.

All community classes end on time.
(For example, if you are 15 minutes late to a 1 hour class, 15 minutes of the 60-minute class has already been completed)

Non-Trainer West Staff Personal Training Policy


Trainer West policy prohibits any group or individual outside of official Trainer West staff from delivering personal fitness training or programs to participants or trainees at Trainer West events.

Non staff are entitled to the results of the work that they have put into Trainer West product development and event planning, which is to say that non-staff are not entitled to any access to the Trainer West community for marketing and recruitment purposes.

This policy also precludes these individuals/groups from
recruiting clients before, during or after Trainer West community services.
