Basketball Body Level 1 Program Includes:

• Develop the muscles required to resist injury while performing required movements to complete 35 possessions per game, including stoppages
• Build up the endurance necessary to complete 35 possessions per game, including stoppages
• Referral to a Basketball Skills Coach after demonstrating committment to everyday growth in performance, diet, rest and recovery
